DESCRIPTION

• Each 5 ml contains Metronidazole Benzoate equivalent to Metronidazole 200mg- B.P.

INDICATIONS

• All forms of amoebiasis including intestinal / extra infesting amoebiasis, amoebic liver abscess & symptomless cyst passers, Symptomatic & asymptomatic trichomoniasis, Giardiasis, Intra – abdominal infection where anaerobic pathogens are involved, Gynecological infections tubo ovarian & pelvic abscess & post surgical vaginal cuff infection, Gingivitis

AMOEABIASIS

• Treatment to be taken for 7-10 days

UROGENITAL TRICHOMONIASIS, GIARDIASIS, ULCERATIVE GINGIVITIS:

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Patients with a prior history of hypersensitivity to metronidazole or other metronidazole derivatives and during 1st trimester of pregnancy.
